Requirements to Become the President
- Must be at lease 35
- Must be have lived in America for 14 years
- Must be a natural born citizen
ROLES OF THE PRESIDENT:
- Chief of State - The President is the head of the government
- Chief Executive - The President is given a broad range of powers
- Chief Administrator - The President is in charge of the whole federal government
- Chief Diplomat - The President is the creator of our foreign policy
- Commander in Chief - The President is able to control out military as a whole
- Chief Legislator - The president shapes our country's public policy
- Party Chief - The President is the head of their political party
- Chief Citizen - The President represents all of America.
The Impeachment Process: Most of the Members of the House have to vote on it, it then goes to the Senate, two thirds of the sentate must agree.
